Consuming

I had to replace my shredder. The last one kept jamming and I had to keep picking out accordion-folded scrap from between its blades. Finally, the thing quit. I think the switch broke, because it still runs in reverse.

What I typically do in the case of depreciated tools is replace the worn out item with one of superior quality. So I spent twice as much on this shredder as I did on the last one. One of the features I wanted was cross cut (preferably confetti). I settled for inch long strips. The new shredder is much heavier, and its bin has wheels. It also lights up when it is doing its thing.
