Sometimes you have to turn to specialists, even if they hail from the Lone Star State. As it was when my neighbor told me about the Texas Kinetic Pecan Sheller. We have tried it out on a handful of pecans, and it seems to do the trick nicely. We have a large basket full of pecans, and we are looking forward to pecan pie season in the new year.
