And You Wonder Why Albuquerque Sounds Appealing
As I departed home for school on the Trail90 yesterday, a few snowflakes fell. It did not get worse (after all, there had been no mention of precip on Yahoo! Weather), but it was bloody cold. So cold in fact that my hands were numb by the time I got to school. So cold that I thought for a moment that I could walk to class with my full-face helmet on.
Walking back from lunch, my co-"worker" and I ran into an almost-ex-grad student and a professor. We talked about the difficulty of recruiting students and faculty when we report that it snows on the first of May.
